When I was growing up there was one horror movie that really scared me, it was the old black and white version of the “Night Of The Living Dead”. It was about these creepy zombie like creatures which were created from a cloud of chemical fall out. For those that haven’t seen the movie, I would suggest checking it out as it’s a pretty good classic flick. With the impact of the current economic situation many people have lost jobs, homes, wealth and even loved ones. With all of these things going on it can directly impact how you feel about yourself if you choose to let it. The big word in the last sentence is choose, you have direct control on how you feel if you choose to. It all starts with loving yourself to give you the juice to turn around the things that can be deemed as so challenging right now.
