The thoughts you think and actions you take daily are causes set in motion. I believe that successful de-implementation of these things in your life will dramatically improve the quality of your life. The first thing that will change is your overall level of happiness, the second thing that will develop is a laser like focus for your goals and the third thing that will change is going to be your overall awareness.
