In our journey to find happiness and success we to over look one critical thing. That is we need to love ourselves first. Without truly loving yourself you will never truly have happiness in your life or be able to truly make that special someone in your life happy either. Many times we are our own worse enemy.

Thanks to the power of our inner critics, most of us have a very poor opinion of ourselves. Yet self-contempt merely keeps us miserable and stuck in our mediocrity.

If we were to make only one change to transform the quality of our lives, we might try sending a little love our own way.

What am I? Who am I? What are people thinking? There isn’t a day that goes by that most of us aren’t trying to figure out who we are and what our purpose in life is. Always striving to be more, striving to fit in but yet striving to stand out and be unique. After all the so called greatest creation of all is life but yet there is no instruction manual, there is no inherit instinct that allows us to fully realize what we are here for? Or is there an inherent instinct? We rely on what we observe and guidance that other people give us and just pray that the wacko’s aren’t at the front door passing out the guidance.
