No matter what you want to achieve in life you need to have good goal setting practices and be able to visualize and believe that you can achieve the desired outcome. Whether it is losing weight, achieving financial success or even have a great relationship, you have to be able to go there in your mind first. This video has a very cool demonstration that you can do in a couple of minutes that illustrates the power of mind set and what arbitrary limitations cost you. . .
1. Think of a goal that you had in the past that you obtained. 2. 3. 4. Compare it against the goal that you achieved. Were there differences in your belief and how you went about obtaining it? Did you fully believe in your goal? Did you want the failed goal as bad as the goal you obtained? 5.
1. Go back to the understand section of this article and focus on the goal that you wish to obtain. Write your goal down and be very descriptive as to what you want to obtain and why. Is it a must have or a nice to have? If it is a nice to have, focus on ways to turn it to a must have (this is where your drive will come from).
